Monthly Power Bill Payment Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Tasmania, Australia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2. Entry Period:

The entry period for each monthly giveaway will end on the last day of the month at 11:59 PM AEST.

‍

3. How to Enter:

Participants can enter the giveaway by completing an entry form. Any attempt to use multiple accounts or identities to enter will result in disqualification.

4. Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period. - The winner will be notified via posts on our Instagram/Facebook pages within 24 hours after the end of the entry period. - If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of the initial notification, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.

5. Prize:

The prize consists of payment of the winner's power bill, up to a maximum amount of $1000.00 AUD. - The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. Maximum Solar will make the payment directly to the winner's power provider or reimburse the winner, depending on the provider's policies.

6. Publicity:

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Maximum Solar to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

7. General Conditions:

Maximum Solar reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the giveaway. - By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of [Your Company Name], which are final and binding. - [Your Company Name] is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the giveaway.

8. Privacy:

Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent. You will also be added to our database for ongoing communication, opt out options are available in future communications.

The giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
